Problems with scoring exam/quiz

Alright, I need some outside perspective because I have been looking at this project way too long.

So in my course I have several quizzes that the student needs to pass in order to move through the course.  I have set up a couple of variables that are working. But it has been a while since I have done this initially.    So I have two different variables that present the passing score and the points earned by the student when taking the quiz.  I have included a copy of one of my quizzes here, however, it is not showing the Passing score correctly which is 100%.  I have tried everything from playing with values of the quiz questions to drawing just a certain number of questions from my question bank.....and NOTHING has worked to get the "Results 4_2.PassPoints" variable to read 100% when I publish the project.  

I have quizzes like this and they all work however, the passing score is 100%  Right now it is posting at 80% only.....I have this issue in a few other quizzes in the course. I have included a sample of what I am talking about.  IF someone could look at this and give me a little insight as to what the issue is that is causing this I would be grateful.
