Welcome to Heroes, Renato!

Sorry to hear you're having difficulty with the course. Would you mind testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side? If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team. This article may also help clear up common LMS issues.

Hello Peter Anderson
Thanks for the prompt service. I published our course in SCORM Cloud as requested. The course is in Portuguese, named Course Advisory Service (curso de atendimento consultivo). The problem occurs when, in Moodle 9 in IE9, the page got the name "The customer communication"(a comunicação com o cliente) and "communication setting."(definindo comunicação). By clicking the forward button, it crashes the course and does not allow the student to advance.

I am awaiting your help, because we're about to receive students this course!
grateful

Hello Peter

We solve the problem file. As we mentioned, I reported that on a certain page of the course produced by the storyline, clicking the Next button, the course was fighting and not allowed to move on (only in moodle 9 and IE9 and Firefox, Chrome and other LMS worked correctly). To solve the problem, redid (without copying and pasting anything at all) to that page later showed that problem (called "Linguagem Corporal" and not the page that crashed). Remake the page without using any animation effect the storyline. In the end, the result was functioning.

Thank you in attention

Renato
