I have a course based around a handful of Vimeo videos. My client has set the video thumbnails to the snapshot she wants to appear. However, when I insert them in Storyline, the video just comes up blank, no picture at all. Any ideas on how to fix this?
If you're embedding the videos from the website or using it as a web object, it'll be up to the site to showcase that thumbnail. If you've inserted the video files directly into Storyline, you could look at the options to set the poster frame:
If you want to designate a placeholder image for your video, select Set Poster Frame, and then browse to and select the image you want to use.
This is especially useful if you have configured your video to play only when clicked, which means your poster frame is the image that will be visible until users click the video to play it.
