Problems with Tracking

Hi Everyone! I recently created a course and I am having problems with tracking. The reporting setting is Passed/Incomplete and the tracking requirement is 4 out 5. I have it set up so if you don't pass you have the option to retake the quiz.
We use Cornerstone and for some reason no matter what, it's coming back as In Progress. Even if you pass it won't register as Passed. My LMS admin has told me it's a problem with my scorm file... so I need help because I can't figure it out.
Any ideas? Storyline file is attached.

I noticed the "submit results" trigger is missing from the 1.15 Results Slide. This is the trigger that sends the quiz data to your LMS. Try adding this trigger, and test it in your LMS again. That should do the trick!
