I am experiencing problems with the "prompt to resume" function in Storyline 360, 2004 3rd edition. The course will not allow the user to resume where he or she left the course. The course does not track the user’s activities within the course. Does anyone have similar problems, or any advice?

Yes, I tested in SCORM Cloud and everything seemed to work fine there. I have told my LMS administrator that this is an ongoing issue and suggested learners use FireFox or just live with clicking in/out of the lessons to actually resume. Thank you.

We've noticed it was an issue with Chrome v83 but not IE v11.19.
I suspect there are some browser compatibility issues. Hopefully Articulate can resolve.
