Hi Steve,

I'm not sure I understand - did you post this query in the forums before? I'm unable to check on your PMP status - but our Support engineers who you can access through that link can and then route your appropriately. If you'd prefer you could call and talk to our Customer Care team, although we don't offer phone support, they'd be able to check your status and help you open up a case.

Ya, I had this same Japanese course that wouldn't publish to LMS. I sent the file and someone there was able to publish it and sent me the file. But now I need the course published for the Web. I asked the same question about getting premium help, but I didn't get an answer for where to go. I'll try your link above.

Thanks Steve for sharing those - I saw your first case was with Renato and he didn't have difficulty publishing your file and it looks like he may have overlooked the question re:PMP support although the response for your first question was still fairly quick and the differences with PMP support are documented here: https://www.articulate.com/store/pmp.php

It looks like you submitted a new case today - so I've commented as a part of that one and your original case with Renato so that we can connect the two and not duplicate efforts. I'll keep an eye on it as well, and in the meantime, did you receive Renato's other email with troubleshooting steps?

Ok sounds good Steve - I didn't know if you had seen his email or not based on your replies. I've escalated the case and commented as such about our conversation here, and I'm not sure what shift Renato is on today (our Support engineers work 24/7) but someone should be in touch shortly.

I shared the PMP link in terms of your options and what is included just as a reminder.
