Hi Karen,

I'm sorry to hear about the odd behavior - if it's a brand new issue you're experiencing, it's possible something occurred during the installation of Storyline update 5. If so, you'll want to conduct the repair detailed here to try and resolve any of those issues. I'd also recommend shutting down your computer and restarting after conducting the repair steps.

Hi Karen,

Is it happening for every Storyline file, or just a particular one? If it's just one file, I'd first try to import it into a new Storyline project and ensuring that you're working with all local project files.  If it's happening in all your files, do you have a lot of other programs opening and running while trying to preview? So you did the initial repair, can you also conduct the further steps detailed here?  This is a more involved repair, and you'd need to go through all the steps.
