I created a project in Articulate Storyline and I uploaded it to Learning Claud. My project has some chapters and also a quiz. The problem is if someone follows a part of the course the progress doesn't show the right percentage of reviewed course. It just shows 0% or 100%.
I don't know what I did rang. Could somebody help me with this please?
Have you had success with this in the past with this particular LMS with Storyline projects? It may depend on how the LMS interprets the progress of the course, or reads the data that Storyline sends.
It does look like the status is updating correctly ("In Progress"), so it may just mean that the server isn't able to receive incremental data from the information sent from the Storyline project.
However, if you have seen this work in the LMS in the past, can you tell us if you're using different reporting or tracking options in this project? For example, are you tracking by a results slide or number of slides viewed?
I never used LMS before but I've seen the others LMS trainings. Normally the progress bar shows the right percentage. I'm not sure if they're using Storyline to build their projects.
For the tracking options I've tried every possible option but the progress bar still not working.
I would like a clearer answer, how to make my progress bar work in accordance with the progress of the training!
eg if the student in this course, mark the progress bar to% he did and save the place he is, if he wants to continue training after back where he left off!
I would expect as the course is tracking by slides viewed that you only have two visible options 0% and 100% as Storyline does not send a percentage complete to an LMS when tracking by slides viewed

Dear,
Thanks for reply!

Hi A B,
Thanks for getting back to me!
For most any LMS-related issue, this blog post is the place to begin. You also want to be certain that you are packaging your published content properly for your LMS. Also, be certain that you have contacted the Support Team for your LMS, since they are best-equipped to tell you what specific features are supported and whether or not you should be able to use the percentage display with a Storyline course..
If you wind up empty-handed after reviewing the links above, I would next recommend comparing the performance of your content at SCORM Cloud. If you cannot reproduce the problem there, this is likely an LMS-specific issue, and you will want to generate debug logs and supply them to your LMS Provider for additional troubleshooting.
Let us know how it goes! :)
Best,
Christine

Rafael,
You'll need to speak with your LMS. The progress bar is displayed through your LMS system and they can tell you if there's an issue with the display.
Thanks!
Christine
My progress bar is not attached and also score not updated.
eg if the student taking 30% if he remakes review and take 100% your draft contained 30%.
My tool is the Dokeos LMS, you can put any file to donwload to try to solve my 2 problems?
thank you
