Hi, I'm publishing my project in Storyline 3, (We just recently upgraded) and when I do, the progress line that moves across the seekbar is missing. The functionality is still there (when I click, it advances the video which is playing to the correct spot) but there is still no line. The preview in the features panel shows the line, but it is missing when I preview the project or publish it. Any ideas?

That does sound odd and unexpected. Thanks for letting us know you're hitting this, and I'm sorry if it's been slowing you down.
