Progress meter + variable not to count same page tvice?

Hi!

I would love to get some help. I tried to search for a solution but did not find what I was looking for. Might be that I was not clear in enough in my search.

 Anyway – I have built a progress meter (thanks for the tip). The variable will add 1 to the percentage after visiting the page (so far so good). Is there any way to stop the “counting” if the student visit the same link?

The way it is now the variable add 1 to the meter after visiting link A. It will add 1 after visiting link B. But if I visit link A again it still will add 1. I don’t want that. Is there a way to stop it?
