Hi Claudia

I just opened your file and published and uploaded to ScormCloud (industry standard LMS) and it's opening up as expected.

Couple of things to check:

When the publish window opens are you zipping the file from here or are you zipping it in Windows explorer (should be the first option)

When you are publishing you are not ticking the HTML5 box - so you will need to have flash enabled in your browser to view the content (that could a reason) so try ticking the box to include HTML5 output
