Can someone help please. I was working on my project and was about to edit a screencast video within one of the scenes when the software just shutdown. I opened the software again, now when I am trying to open the project I keeping getting a message that it is locked by another process. I look forward to hearing any suggestions for a solution.
Hi Teresa! Thanks for reaching out to us. Here are my recommendations:
Go into your Task Manager and be sure to end all Articulate processes. Please double check, also, that you're saving your project on your local C: drive.
Since Storyline randomly shut down on you, go ahead and try a simple repair. Let me know how you make out!
