I am getting a message that a project I just closed is invalid or corrupt. I cannot find the files, ive dug for answers on the site and internet and I REALLY NEED HELP! Someone from Articulate, please contact me. My project is due tomorrow and I'm feeling helpless.
Hi James, hopefully Articulate Support has helped with this - if not, if you're working in an organisation with an IT department they should have backups of files - they might be able to restore the day before's version of your story.
