I've repurposed a drag and drop quiz that my colleague designed from scratch. Problem is, the quiz starts over after any one object is dragged and dropped when used on tablets, which, aside from being really time-consuming, means the user won't ever be able to complete it for submission. I can't work out what causes this. Any ideas please?
Are you able to share a copy of the .story file here with us so that we could take a look or a link to the published output? You'll also want to make sure you're testing on the supported browsers and tablets detailed here.
I hope this is an ok version to share. I've just tried testing it with Chrome on Android and it doesn't manage to load at all unfortunately. Safari on the ipad should be ok as it's brand new - the project just keeps reload after each 'drag and drop'.
It looks like that is your published output and it would be best if I could see the .story file so that I can see how everything is set up and the publish settings.
Thanks for sharing that here and no apologies necessary. It looks like the initial slide is using a slide property of automatically decide, and therefore when you're returning from the lightbox slides, the slide may be reloading. I changed it to resume saved state and then published for HTML5 and the Mobile player and then tested it on my iPad mini with iOS 8.4. I didn't see the reload issues that you mentioned - but wanted you to take a look as well. You can view the HTML5 version here in mobile safari and if you have the mobile player you can also test that one here.
Since this course was created in Storyline 1, I can't offer support for Android playback, as that was only introduced as a part of Storyline 2.

Hi Ashley,
Sorry for the delay, I've been away for a few days. Here's the story file now. Thanks very much for your help.
