I now have 14 active modules online on our intranet, the current upload is malfunctioning (not able to click in contents page). The modules open in chrome (explorer won't play video), and up until now have all functioned flawlessly.
I have double checked the module and can find no fault... has anyone got any idea why this is not functioning or have a remedy.
Just the newest and latest module? Are you able to recreate the issue if you upload to Tempshare or is this something limited to your environment? Did you try to re-upload in case something went awry in the process?
Reloaded the module (twice), still no joy. Double checked everything, runs flawlessly until it's uploaded. IT department are doing a 'check', but no joy so far.
Unable to upload to tempshare, government rules (information sensitivity).

Hi Anthony!
Thanks for the update and it certainly does make it hard to diagnose when you have limitations.
Are you testing the uploaded contents as your learner would in the intended environment? Viewing locally can cause issues as well.
