Prompt to restart not working for me in Storyline 2

Have you tested your published content in its intended environment. If you view published content on your local computer, you'll encounter security restrictions related to your web browser and Adobe Flash Player that may cause various features to fail.

You can upload to a Web server, or your LMS, or the SCORM Cloud to see if this is still not working. Also, you could share the file here if you would like us to take a look and test this for you.

Thanks for getting back.

I haven't tested in its intended environment (which is an LMS) but I have
tested online on a server and it didn't work.

I have since discovered that if I uncheck the box 'When running in LMS,
ignore Flash cookie', then it does work as expected locally and I presume
online too and this is true of both Storyline 1 and 2.

The intended environment is an LMS but for the moment, I am unchecking the
box since it seems to break the restarting dialog box when viewing on a
server. If it doesn't work on a regular online server, my inclination is to
believe that it won't work on an online LMS but I'll have to test for that.

You can always test on the SCORM Cloud to see how this will work on a LMS.
