I have six courses which i've sent to a client and he is telling me that the prompt to resume option is not working in IE11. It's on a Totara LMS and works on the other browser they use, Chrome.
Has anyone come across this problem before and if so did you find a solution?

I haven't heard of a known issue with IE11 and resume--let's see why this could be happening.
It's Storyline 2. I have tested on scormclould but saying that, I haven't tested scorm.cloud on IE11. Good idea. I'll give it a go👍🏻
