i'm getting booted out of the articulate system 10-12x a day, requiring me to sign-in again before i can continue my work. sometimes the program i have open (e.g. storyline) has been idle for awhile, but other times it happens while i'm working in the program. does anyone else have this problem? could it be that articulate is not playing well with my vpn?
You may be on the right track with the VPN question. The issue might be caused by your login certificate detecting the change in location prompting you to log back in or an in-process log in being interrupted by the VPN connection.
Try logging out of Articulate completely before connecting to your VPN server and log in once the connection is established.
If the issue persists after this, check if you are getting any DNS leaks from your VPN. Here is a good site to check for that:
A leak might mean that your VPN connection is dropping from the secure line back to your original network, triggering a change of location security check that asks for you to log back in.
If all else fails, try re-installing Articulate while the VPN is connected. This may also help if it's just a corrupted update that needs refreshing.
