Is there a way to "teach" the narrator how to pronounce words, symbols, etcetera? For example, when I have a paragraph number, such as 328.3, the narrator says "three hundred twenty eight dot three" when I want the narrator to say "three twenty eight point three". I'd love to find a feature that keeps me from having to write out the pronunciation phonetically each time.
Shiela's spot-on: While the Text to Speech tool doesn't have a pronunciation dictionary, you can add the word's phonetic spelling and add hyphens between syllables.

Hi Kimberley,
I'm not aware of any other approach aside from spelling it phonetically as described in this article.
Fortunately, Articulate has a feature request page to submit your ideas in cases like this.
Great question, Kimberley!

Here are some handy pointers on writing audio narration scripts, and if having this ability would improve your experience using Storyline, we'd love to hear more! 😊
