I am the only one in the department that has Articulate Story line. I would like another set of eyes to proof read the slides prior to going live. Do you have any suggestions on how to print off the slides or sharing the presentations? I did not want to purchase another licence just for viewing purposes.
If you have a web server or LMS that your users can access, you are welcome to publish and share in this way as well. Totally up to you. You asked about printing, and that's probably why the suggestions went a different direction.
You could even upload to Tempshare for testing if you'd like, e-mail the URL to the applicable people and the content auto-deletes after 10- days.
Please be advised that replying to the forums via e-mail attaches your signature, but you are welcome to pop in and edit if needed.
You might want to take a look at OQAR: Online Quality Assurance Reviewer - http://elearningcontentreviewer.com/ You can tie your project in and then invite reviewers, they can look at your published project and provide feedback on a page by page basis which you can review and address as needed.

Hi Jill!
Publish your Articulate Storyline course to Microsoft Word when others need to review or print it. Here's how.
Or publish it to the web or to CD (depending on your ability to deliver it to them) and they can check the interactions, too.
Good point Walt! I wasn't even thinking of losing the interactivity. I read print/share and went right to Word.
Jill - let us know if you need anything further.
Could I publish, and put it on a test account that only district people could see, then after their live viewing, make the revisions?
