Why am I being asked to provide proxy settings to enable access to Storyline 360?  This is something I have never experienced before.

If you're being prompted to provide proxy credentials, chances are your organization is operating behind a proxy server. The article below shares more:

Articulate 360 Proxy Credentials

If your organization is behind a proxy server, your Articulate 360 desktop app will detect it and prompt you to enter your proxy credentials so you can access all the resources included with your subscription.
