I've been using Storyline for 2 months and today I encounter a problem while publishing my project (Web format). My problem is that the publication suddently stops without any error code.
Can someone help me to find what can be the origin of this issue ?
I found five minutes ago what was the problem: I think it was a picture's issue. On one slide, a picture was faulty (was still in the chronology but all blank on the slide).
I don't know why I had this issue, but reloading the picture solves the publication's problem.
I hope it won't happen again, because I had to check every slide and every picture.
Once I had a very similar problem in publishing a question bank: I noticed that while publishing question number 21, Storyline crashed without any error message. I simply deleted that question, created a new one and then it worked!
Hi, Sarah -- Many thanks for sharing an update and please let us know if you have additional troubles! I also wanted to note in the event that you experience freezing or crashing in the future, you may want to hang onto these troubleshooting steps, as well. :)

Hello Sarah!
Have you tried to restart your computer? Sometimes that's the best solution....
This can be a memory issue, be sure you have enough space on your hard disk.
Also remember that it's better to work on your pc instead of publishing from a network.
Let us know!
