Please make "Publish to WORD file" a separate entity. That is, do not over-write the my "Publish to LMS" folder when a client request a WORD file of the project.
1. "Publish to LSM" fold (save in it's own folder location)
2. "Publish to WORD" a separate fold (better still option, to just make the WORD file and not an additional FOLDER and remember BOTH locations).
Thanks for explaining how you would like to see the published folder enhanced, Robert. I've submitted this as a feature request to our team.
When the file is zipped from the publish successful window, prior to being uploaded or shared with others, this location does seem to 'warn' you by default. That could help in the meantime.
