Publish error

Hello, we have an issue with publishing a file. When I publish a course (attached), I get a spinning wheel at the first screen and I can't move anywhere, the same I get when I preview any slide within Storyline 360.
When my colleague publishes the same course, it works. I have a Win10 computer, he has a MacBook with Win10 installation as well.
I tried to reinstall the whole Storyline 360 package but the situation remains.
Please help me, where can we have a mistake if one publishing works and the other one not?

Hello Katie,
I am using Storyline v3.41.22450.0.
And I had the file saved on a local drive which was synchronized to the cloud (OneDrive for Business). So I made a copy to a real local drive and the issue persists.

Can I have you disable the syncing or save the project to another folder on your c: drive?
Let me know if the lag remains!
Yes, I have it stored in a non synced folder on the C drive.
I really appreciate you keeping me in the loop, Honza.
I'm going to bring our Engineers to the table and have compiled our testing for them. Look out for an email from the team, and I'll follow along as we try to nail down the cause!
