Publish error

Hello, we have an issue with publishing a file. When I publish a course (attached), I get a spinning wheel at the first screen and I can't move anywhere, the same I get when I preview any slide within Storyline 360.

When my colleague publishes the same course, it works. I have a Win10 computer, he has a MacBook with Win10 installation as well.

I tried to reinstall the whole Storyline 360 package but the situation remains.

Please help me, where can we have a mistake if one publishing works and the other one not?

Hi Honza,

Thanks for these clues. I'm happy to help find out why the first slide lags when you publish the content!

Questions to Help Us Find the Cause

  • What version of Storyline 360 are you using? Click on the Help tab, then About Storyline.
  • Saving and publishing Storyline projects to a shared drive can cause oddities like this. Let's make sure that the file is on a local c: drive.
