Publish for web in Storyline 3 - no audio

Hi folks,

I published a short course in Storyline 3 for web and I don't have any audio with the course. It works in preview. I previously published two more of the same type of courses for web and they play with audio just fine. We recently upgraded to Windows 10. Chrome and IE do not play the audio. I've attached the course file. Thanks for your help.

Hi there Sue! 

Thanks for allowing me to have a look at your file. I published it for Web using Storyline 3 Update 5. Then, I hosted the output on my web server. 

Here's a link to the output for you to test -- you should hear audio in that link.

Since you're not hearing audio with your own published file, it could be due to one of these things:

  • Are you on the latest update of Storyline 3 (Update 5)?
  • Did you host your file on a web server before you tested it?
