I have recently been publishing one small slide into articulate rise from storyline. In the past it has been working fine with no hitches. Just today whenever I publish to Articulate 360 to add into Rise, the slide loads and loads and loads but does not play. I have noticed that when I want to preview in storyline it does the same. Can anyone help me with this?

I checked the link you shared, and it looks like you might have deleted the file from Articulate Review.
Last Friday, we released another update to Storyline 360. As a first step, I would download the latest update, and publish the slide to Articulate Review again.
If you're still getting stuck, would you mind sharing the original Storyline file with me in a new reply?
