Publish settings seem to revert when reopening SL3 file May 25, 2018 By Jill Freeman When I open a SL3 file after having converted it to HTML5 Only at an earlier time, the publish setting displays Flash and HTML5 as fallback. It usually shows my last setting, and I rely on that to see how it was last published.

Have you saved it after making those changes to your publish settings? Also, can you check that you're on the latest update of Storyline 3, Update 4?
