Hey there, wondering if anyone else has experience issues when publishing a storyline course to video that cause the computer to crash and shut down. I've published several times and it appears to crash on different slides while encoding them. The course does not have triggers /interactivity or videos included. I'm using storyline v3.22.17236.0.
Is this happening with multiple projects or a specific one?
Are you able to successfully publish your course(s) using other publishing formats?
With your permission, I'd like to test a troublesome .story file to see what's happening. If that works for you, you can share the file privately with me here. I'll let you know what I find, and will delete it after troubleshooting.
