In any case, Flash will notbe supported after December 2020, and many browsers already restrict its use. So, at this point, I wouldn't publish anything with Flash (swf) files.

I looked at your swf file. Swf files are usually a type of video file. This file appears to contain one image on one frame. See attached.
If you are attempting to play swf files in Storyline, you should convert your swf files to MP4 files. Swf files are no longer supported files, and you will be hard pressed to find any support for them anymore. You can use a free application called HandBrake to convert your files.

Does the storyline have the ability to output only one SWF output? Like an example

No, Storyline doesn't output to only one SWF file. I know Captivate used to do this, maybe still does, but Storyline never has.
