I'm getting a spinning circle when trying to view a course published to CD on Storyline 360. I can view courses I publish to CD on Storyline 2 without any problem. Anyone have any suggestions on what could be the problem?
Are you using Chrome if so there was an issue when using latest version. Make sure you have installed latest Storyline update and then republish your course. That should fix it.
Is this a newly created project in Storyline 360, or one you upgraded from Storyline 2? Did you check that you saved the new 360 file locally, and are also publishing locally?
Do you see the spinning when using the Launch_story.exe file or one of the other files in the published output?
I'm starting off with a file I created in Storyline 2, and then building new content from there. I am saving and publishing locally. I see the spinning when I use the Launch-story.exe.
Could you share one of these files with us so that we could test it out?
I saw one issue where upgrading a Storyline 2 file into Storyline 360 and attempting to publish it next caused a similar behavior. In that scenario, if you saved the file first it resolved it. You could try importing into a brand new Storyline 360 file to fix it.
Also, do you have any other browsers installed? I'd look at setting the file to launch in Chrome vs. Edge.
