When I publish to LMS with browser settings: "Launch player in new window" checked, I have this launcher.html file. In this file in line 63 there is: var g_strStartPage = "story.html" + document.location.search; There is "story.html" but it should be "index_lms.html". Without changing it to "index_lms.html" it will not communicate with LMS. It's like launcher.html file is took from "publishing to Web" not "publishing to LMS".

This was in the release today:
Fixed: Course completions and quiz scores weren't recorded in an LMS when the player was set to launch in a new window.
