When I use File Print or Publish to Word, I get nothing happening. No document is created after I uninstalled and then reinstalled Storyline 2. Prior to this it would create a document that was blank. Has anyone else had this issue?
sometimes Word will open behind storyline and it looks like nothing has happened or the Word app will minimise in the bottom toolbar - I'd check these - also you are publishing locally and not to a network drive - that sometimes causes issues. Also check task manager to see if Word is running
