I have to send the Word published version to a SME, and they have a large Resource list and Glossary that I have just updated. I want to ensure I didn't miss anything, they really want the Word version, as they will be sharing with a large group and don't want them all in Review commenting. Is there a way to get the Resources list and Glossary with definitions to publish in the Word version. I see the Notes and Layers, but would like the other two? If not can I request this? Would be handy when you have a large group of SME's.
It sounds like a good idea for a feature, and I can certainly see how that would help you. I think it would be worth telling our product team about it here!
In the meantime, perhaps you could take a screenshot of the Resources and Glossary to add to your Word version?
