In some cases, you may find that you can't publish an Articulate project to Microsoft Word after you've translated it to another language. This can happen if the translated language for your Articulate project hasn't been added to Word's language options. Here's how to fix it.
Does this happen in all files or one file in particular?
If it's happening across files, you may want to conduct a repair of your software and check out this support article as well because it's helped many customers.

Correction: An output folder is created but it contains no Word document.
Hi Judy!
Are you following this:
Publish your Articulate Storyline course to Microsoft Word when others need to review or print it.
Does this happen with any course or a particular one? Are you working locally?
You are welcome to share the .story file if you'd like for us to take a look.
I'm having the same problem. It worked fine earlier. I closed the program and opened it again, but still no file.
Hi Michelle
I managed to publish to Word no problem.
Make sure Word isn't opening a dialog box behind the SL window that is waiting for a response.

Thanks for everyone's advice! I was never able to publish this particular story to Word. I gave up. Have never had the problem with others.
Sorry to hear that Judy! Did you ever import into a new file to see if this alleviates your issue and allows you to import into Word?
No but the story was successfully completed so there is no longer a need to publish it to Word. Thanks!
Sounds good Judy. Just wanted to pop in and check.
Thanks Wendy! I will try again. That could have definitely happened.
I am having trouble with the publishing to word option in ASL 2. It hangs and doesn't do anything.
Hey Tanya - Sorry to hear that you ran into difficulty with this as well.

Thanks Leslie, I will repair my software as this is the case for all my attempts to publish to Word.
I will let you know if does not solve the problem.
Hi Leslie,
I tried all the options from repair to support, importing etc. This problem is persisting in Articulate Storyline 2.
You mention support. Do you have an open case with our support team? If so, feel free to share the number and I'll take a look.
