I have a problem with the publish feature in Articulate Storyline.
After I am publishing file and opening the course in the web browser I can not see videos. Other features (navigation, interaction, etc.) everything is working just videos does not work.
What browsers are you using to view the published output? If you're publishing for Flash only, you'll need to check that you're using one of the supported browsers here and that the Flash plugin is enabled. A lot of the browsers have started to disable it by default.
Also, are you uploading the course to an LMS or server? You'll want to test in those environments vs. testing locally, as the local playback could cause you to run into other browser security measures that would restrict playback.

Hi Ashley,
I have tried, Mozzila Firefox, Edge, Internet Explorer. I am publishing to the Flash and HTML5.
My goal is to upload to the server. In the past everything was working with this settings but now it is not...
Best Regards,
Testing locally will have problems, ideally you test in the intended environment or upload to Articulate Tempshare to test.
You are right. On the network it work but not locally on C drive...
You should always test in the intended environment local will not work well
I like to make quick test on my computer before uploading on a server (upload, set up take some time)...
thank you!
this is all dependent on how you machine is set up, if you want to test use preview or publish to CD, loading the web output locally is not supported.
Hey Adnan,
It looks like Phil has you covered here, but I wanted to pop in and share some documentation on the topic as well for you or anyone following along.
