I just published an e-Learning out of (updated) Articulate 360 Storyline: When I have uploaded it to LMS, and started the course I will receive two windows .... one with my content and one with a button "launch" :-(

In the past, did you notice the course launched without the user being prompted to launch the course?
There are two areas I would look into, first the Player Properties in Storyline. You'll see a checkbox for launching the course in a new browser. Secondly, I'd check the settings in your LMS to make sure it doesn't say "launch course in a new browser".
