Published Content not displaying as expected

Hello,
I am using Articulate Storyline 2. When previewing my course in the Storyline software it is display and functioning as expected. However, when I publish the content for web, and then preview the Story.html or Story.html5 content, it is not showing as expected (images missing, hyperlinks not working etc). Also, this variation of not showing the content correctly varies i.e on my Windows 10 machine it looks fine, on my colleagues Windows 10 machine images are not showing and my collgeaues Windows7 machine is displaying correctly.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Matthew
which browsers are you using.
Google Chrome and Safari are the only browsers supported for Storyline 2 HTML5 content.

The browser is Internet Explorer on all machines.

Hi Matthew,
If you're using Internet Explorer and Storyline 2, you'll need to make sure Flash is enabled for the content to display. If you have Flash enabled and things still aren't appearing as expected, let us know! I'd also want to confirm that you're on the latest update of Storyline 2, Update 13.
Also, I noticed that your email signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove that if you would like by clicking Edit beneath your response. Here’s a quick Peek video if you need help.
Flash is enabled. This issue is re-occurring. Just now, I published content and quickly previewed the HTML file and it looked as I wanted. I then went away from my desk for 5 minutes, came back, tried opening the exact same html file and nothing appears in my browser. Please help as this is driving me crazy.
