Published course freezes when advancing to a certain slide

When automatically advancing to a slide that has an mp4 video set to play automatically, the course freezes during the transition never showing the next slide with the video. In testing with SCORM Cloud, I'm able to use the menu to go directly to the slide with the video and it will play as expected. The issue is when the slide before ends and automatically advances to the next slide with the video.
