I have an issue with publishing our last course for the web. When opening the html link the screen is completely white. The problem persists in Chrome and Explorer - other browsers not tested. Other courses previously published from the same website play just fine but the one published today does not. If I need to upload the file, please provide the private link. Prompt advice will be most appreciated - we are supposed to release on Monday!

Hi. Is there a resolution to this problem? My organization says that they have had similar issues being reported to their help desk.
Hi Leslie! Unfortunately, it does not look like Tamara opened a support case, so I do not have an update or resolution to share with you.

Do you have a .story file that you would like for us to take a look at?
