Thanks for your reply, Please find attached screen shot and I have highlighted the text in red color those text format not in bold. In source file I made those test bold both in preview and published I couldn't find it.
Let me know if any thing required from my end to understand you.
Based on the screenshot shared above, it appears that you are viewing the content locally. Please upload the content to the intended environment and test from there as a learner would.
If you need a place to 'test' first, you are welcome to use Tempshare as I did.

1, Tap App - text App not visible bold when i run the published in chrome browser, its same like for other steps.

When I preview in storyline2, I couldn't able to find Bold Text. But your
shared screen shot I can make out bold text.
