Hoping you guys can help. I have a Storyline 2 file that needed to be published and uploaded today...sounds simple, right? Not so simple.
The file looks great when I preview it...it has screen captures (I used Storyline to do them) and they are crisp and clear. I publish the file and the screen captures are all blurred...and some of the slides are too. Some slides are just fine..there is no rhyme or reason.

Did you publish the course for Web, LMS, or something else?
What is the selected publishing format – is it Flash with HTML5 fallback, or something else?
