I need to change one link in five slides in my presentation, and then upload ONLY the individual files that changed back to the LMS. How can I find exactly which files changed in the published structure? With Articulate Presenter this was easy because the file names corresponded to slide names. Any way to do this in Storyline?
Engineering, modifying, or dissecting published output isn't supported by Articulate, but WinMerge is an excellent utility for comparing the differences between two folders and files.
That's exactly what I needed. WinMerge did the trick.
Just as background/use case... The reason I need to know exactly which files changed is that the LMS I'm loading into requires a course reversion (and associated troubles) when "lots" of files change. So re-uploading the entire course would not work. Just updating a few key files is a much simpler and cleaner undertaking.
