I'm putting together a demo module to show to potential clients. I've been importing screens from some of our existing modules into a new project.
Here's the problem: after publishing for HTML5 and devices, two of the screens (1.2 and 1.4 in the attachment) cause the module to freeze when the next button is clicked in the player.
I've tried deleting and importing these screens again. I've tried copying and pasting the elements onto a brand new screen. Neither have worked.
I've been testing the module in the latest version of Chrome.
Hi, Gemz -- Thanks so much for sharing your file and the details on the issue you are finding! I will go ahead and publish shortly to see if I also find the same behavior and will let you know my findings as soon as possible. Your patience is appreciated!
Can you please share a bit more about the environment where you are testing your course? Typically, if your course functions properly via tempshare if published for Web, we might recommend that you reach out to the service provider of your hosting platform for additional insights.
Hi Christie, Thank you very much for looking into this problem.
I'm testing the file locally, so it's just running from the C drive on my computer. I'm double clicking on the story.html file and running it in the browser that way,
Thanks for the additional details, Gemz, and may I ask where your course will ultimately be accessed by your learners? Please test your course there, as well, and if issues persist, you are welcome to use this form to connect with our Support Engineers for additional exploration of your issue.
Thanks for the update, Gemz, and if I could ask one more thing, have you also uploaded the published content to the SCORM Cloud to see if you experience the same behavior there? Typically, if a course functions properly on the SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, that would indicate that the issue is not necessarily with the course itself, but more so how it is behaving on your LMS. And at that point, we'd recommend that you reach out to your LMS provider directly for additional assistance. Here also is a great article on How to Troubleshoot Your LMS with SCORM Cloud.

Hi, Gemz -- Thanks so much for your patience while I tested your file! As you can see if you click here to view your published output via tempshare.articulate.com (as tested for HTML5 via Google Chrome Version 51.0.2704.106 m), it appears to be functioning properly on my end.

Also, I've tested it on Dropbox and it's doing the same thing.

The module will be accessed through Moodle. I will ask our admin to test it and will let you know the results.
Tested it on our Moodle site and it's still freezing.
