I have a presentation that previews and publishes as expected. I hit the HTML version of the course and everything behaves. When I load into our LMS (PeopleSoft) text boxes that were "visited" start disappearing and reappearing without triggers to hide, etc. Slide 1.12 is the one giving me a fit! I am using Storyline 360 version 3.11

It sounds like you are not able to replicate this behavior when you preview the web version of your course. Have you been able to test it out your course in SCORM Cloud to see if the same behavior is taking place? You may find these troubleshooting tips helpful as well: Troubleshooting LMS Issues.
Hopefully, some users will be able to pop in and assist if they have a similar set-up. I did want to link you to this thread where it looks like we have some others using this product and perhaps you could even reach out to them directly.
