Published Output Missing Files

Hello,
We recently published a course in Storyline and noticed that many of the files necessary for publishing to an LMS were missing. I went back in and re-published the files and got the necessary LMS files. My peer who created the course is 100% positive they clicked on the LMS option when publishing. Any thoughts or insights would be helpful. I have attached a image to show the differences between the two output folders.

Perhaps the file path had too many characters for your co-worker, or the temp files may need to be cleaned up to prevent this from happening again. There is an article here that may be of assistance if need be and will further explain.
