I'm not sure if you're still surfing for an answer on this, but if you're asking which will publish a larger file, that really depends on the course itself and not so much as the tool in this case.
Articulate staff can tell you definitively, but that's been my experience.

You can test simple content files and notice a slight variation in size, and you can then test complex files with lots of rich content, quizzes and interactions and see a larger discrepancy-- the difference in file size will vary depending on the content.
