There is an update 4

Hi,

Thanks for this. Got updated but still getting issues when published to IE10. Parts of my screen capture (video format) are not showing and it still randomly  hanging...

It works fine in IE9, Chrome and Firefox.

Anyone else have these issues or know a solution?

Hi Eric,

I haven't heard anything specific about IE10 (and honestly feel like I've heard more about issues with IE9). Are you testing the published output within the intended environment (website, LMS, etc.) instead of testing locally? Have you also checked the Flash update within the browser itself? The system requirements are listed here. Do you have a .story file you could share here so that we could test? If you'd prefer to share privately, you can also send along here.

Hi Ashley,

All sorted! It seems that the version of IE10 we were testing on was...ermm...not quite right :o/

We have had an update across the company for all users on IE10, just tested it and it's fine! Thanks for the responses though!
