Also, please make sure you're using the most recent update for Storyline. To find this information, click on "Help" and "About Articulate Storyline". If you're not running version 2 (1212.1412), please download and install the update from the link below.
Once you've updated Storyline, republish and upload your content to your LMS and test the content on your iPad.
If you don't see a change after disabling Private Browsing, are you able to publish for the Articulate Mobile Player and test the course on your iPad? Does the same thing happen when viewing in the Articulate Mobile Player?
How big are the courses? If they're HUGE, it may be an issue with the iPad memory. You might want to try testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate-related or if it's on your LMS's side, just to rule the LMS out. If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team. The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.

Hi Rachel,
First, since you're using HTML5 published content, try to make sure that Private Browsing is disabled in Safari:
Articulate > Support > HTML5 output doesn't load correctly in Safari with Private Browsing enabled

Eager to hear.
Thanks, Rachel!
Hi Peter,
I read through the operating requirements, and agree, I think the issue was with the ipad memory, so thats one of my issues solved!
Thank you,
Rachel
Christine, thank you for that update, I'll try that and a combination of a newer ipad and hope that the crashing stops!
Good morning Rachel. I hope you had a great weekend!
Sounds good! Let us know if you run into any other trouble with this.
Hope your Monday goes well
Christine
