Published story.html files not loading anymore

Dear all,
I have been making e-learings with articulate storyline 2 for several years now and everything worked fine, but since a few weeks the story.html and story_html5.html are not loading anymore. Nothing happens when I go to the url: no 404 error, the player is not loading, nothing. Example: https://syncopedia.org/uploads/IE-v4.1/story_html5.html
When uploading to tempshare it works. I tried it in Chrome and in Internet Explorer. I tried re-uploading the files, but that still does not work. Do you have any ideas/suggestions to what I could try to get it working? Are you familiar with server settings that could cause this problem? If I move further up in the ftp server into the "content" folder I can get images to load from the tutorials.
My best guess is that this is a server problem, but I thought it could be forth asking here..

Hi Jelle,
Smart idea to also test your content in Tempshare. Since everything worked smoothly there, it sounds like this could be due to a server issue.
Are you hosting the entire published output folder on your server? Do you have a similar link to content that does work correctly we can view to compare?
Hi, I do host the entire published output folder on the website! The weird thing is that images do load and these projects used to load. I changed nothing.. Do you know about some server settings that could cause these problems? Today I tried the Articulate Chrome updater but that did not find any file that needed updating. It only happens to the html files. When I change it to the SWF file the content works, but chrome blocks flash.. Using internet explorer is a temporary solution..
There's an "Articulate Chrome updater"? Please share.
Also, i went to that link you gave, and viewed the source. The page is literally blank even in the source code. Weird.

We've now created a tool that lets you mass update existing courses without republishing them. Currently, the updater works on Storyline 360, Storyline 3, and Studio 360 courses. See this article for details!
And soon, the updater will also work on Storyline 2 and Studio '13 courses. Stay tuned!
Ah is it possible that it didn't work in my courses because I use storyline 2? And would republishing fix that again?

Do you know what update of Storyline 2 you're on? It sounds like the course worked at Tempshare and not on your server. Have you reached out to your IT team to narrow down why it may not be playing back in that environment? Also what update of Chrome are you using? The latest is ver. 69.0.3497.92.
Thank you for the response again! I'm quite sure that it is a server problem. I tried the free trial of Storyline 3 and a free trial of e-learning software from another company to test if that solved the problem but it didn't. Thank you for the help!
