I never experience any issues when uploading projects to our LMS. However, I tried to post a project via 'Publish for the Web', but I'm only seeing white space. When I click on story.html locally, it works just fine. It's only when I point to it after publishing it to our sever that I get just white space.
I would think the LMS expects a manifest file to launch, which is not generated with the Web publish option. Did you try to publish with the LMS option?
I apologize for the confusion. I am actually trying to publish it to the web. I have had success publishing to LMSs in the past, but this my first time trying to publish to our web server with the 'web' publishing option.
If it makes a difference, when I point to the data.swf file instead of the story.html file, I get, "ERROR: Could not load the file 'story_content/data.swf'" I have checked, and the data.swf file is definitely in the story_content folder.
Have you confirmed that your server is configured to support MP4 mime types? If so, but you're stil getting the blank page, we'd be happy to take a closer look at it. Please submit a case, including your .story file, using this link so our support team can assist you further.

Hey Matthew!

Thanks!
I shot a message to our IT department, but there are no video files involved in this project.
Thanks, Peter.
OK, and just so we can confirm that the issue is isolated to your server, does your course run fine in Tempshare?
Yes, it works on Tempshare. Cool resource--thanks.
Yeah, I love Tempshare
Keep us posted with what you hear back from your IT team.
Thanks!
